BACKGROUND.//

My chosen track “By Fire” by Hiatus Kaiyote, features many tempo shifts, synths, and wild operatic vocal sections that together create a retro, dark, but upbeat, 80’s vibe. I conveyed the mood I felt through the use of light prisms and printed celluloid films to create a heavy mood with splashes of radiance.
